The second video showed Frank arriving before sunrise.

He unlocked every classroom.
Turned on the heaters.
Cleared ice from the front steps.
Then quietly entered the cafeteria.
He opened a small backpack.

He placed them into paper bags.

Each bag had a student’s name.
The cafeteria manager stood up.
“I wondered who had been doing that…”
Frank smiled awkwardly.
“Some kids came to school hungry.”
“I couldn’t fix everything.”
“But I could fix breakfast.”
The room fell completely silent.
A teacher wiped away tears.
The principal slowly stood.
“Frank…”
“Why didn’t you tell anyone?”
The old janitor shrugged.
“Because I wasn’t looking for credit.”
“I was looking after kids.”
The school board chairman quietly tore up the termination letter.
Then looked around the room.
“The motion to dismiss…”
“Is withdrawn.”
